Payment Information
We also accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please have credit card number, expiration date, cardholders name and billing zip code when placing your order.
If you would like to pay by PO, please contact our office for information about setting up an account.
Backorders We strive to deliver all orders complete. If for some reason a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will inform you. Items out of stock will be backordered and shipped as soon as Shoreline Medical Supply receives them. It is our policy that Shoreline Medical Supply will be responsible on freight for all backorders where the original order was 500.00 USD ("+ Freight" items not included)
Freight Policy Shoreline Medical Supply will pay shipping charges on orders 500.00 USD or greater within the continental United States, except for excluded items. If an order is 500.00 USD or greater and comprised of both free freight and plus freight items, the dealer will only be responsible for the freight on the "+ Freight" items.
Special Shipping Requests
Shoreline Medical Supply can provide special shipping service at your request. Expedited shipping charges will apply, regardless of order size.
General Return Policy You must have a Return Authorization Label to return an item. Call our Customer Service Department at 1-860-437-8800. We will ask for the invoice number, date of purchase, quantity, item numbers and reason for return. Based on this information, a Return Authorization Label may be faxed to you (A restocking form may need to be signed and approved first).
All merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted (Do not adhere labels to retail packaging). A minimum restocking fee of 25% will be applied to all returns less than 30 days. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days. We will replace or repair defective items based on manufacturer's policy.
Upon satisfactory condition, a credit will be issued to your account.
